Who I work with
I work with adults who are navigating life’s challenges and seeking support to better understand themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence. You might be:
Struggling to make decisions or feeling stuck
Experiencing a sense of being lost or unsure of your direction
Dealing with low self-esteem or self-doubt
Going through a major life transition
Healing after the end of a relationship
Looking to grow, reflect, and reconnect with your sense of self
Whether you’re facing something specific or simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on and what matters most to you.
Finding the Right Fit Matters
Counselling is a deeply personal experience, and one of the most important parts of that journey is finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with. A strong therapeutic relationship—built on trust, safety, and mutual respect—can make all the difference in how effective and meaningful your sessions are.
It’s completely okay to take time to find someone who feels like the right fit for you. You deserve to work with someone who understands your needs, values your perspective, and helps you feel genuinely heard and supported.
If you’re unsure whether I’m the right counsellor for you, I welcome a conversation to explore that together—no pressure, just a chance to see if we connect.

Please note: Counselling services are not currently covered under Medicare in Australia, so sessions are privately billed and do not require a referral.
While both counsellors and psychologists support people with their mental health and wellbeing, there are some differences. Counsellors typically focus on helping clients manage life challenges, improve self-esteem, navigate transitions, and build emotional resilience through talk-based support. Psychologists may also provide therapy but often work with clinical diagnoses and treatment plans, which can be covered by Medicare with a referral from a GP.
As a counsellor, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on in your life and work collaboratively toward positive change—without the need for a mental health diagnosis or medical referral.
